This class samples Latin American and Caribbean dances, music, and culture! Open to all levels and ages, families can share in the joys of embodying energizing rhythmic patterns and expression in this high energy movement class! This class is taught by Luciana Bruss
Instructor: Luciana Brussi was born in Brazil and has studied classical ballet, modern, and jazz dance styles from a young age. In her late teens she joined a dance professional group in São Paulo where she began to teach dance to children. Brussi has worked internationally performing in Europe and worked as a choreographer in Yokohama and Tokyo, Japan with various Japanese and international artists taking part in TV shows and commercials. Brussi currently lives in Pittsburgh where she owns Art in Motion Pittsburgh, a world dance studio. She also performs with the “Pittsburgh Samba Group.”
