Sweat, stretch, and strengthen your way through this energetic class! Using a blend of eclectic exercise movements, this class focuses on all-around wellness. Rejuvenate your connection between body and mind through aerobic dance phrases and mindful meditations. This class is a dance party that’ll help your physical, mental, and emotional health soar. All levels of ability are welcome to experience the benefits of this motivational community class.


ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Raven Marsh, a Dallas, Texas native, began her training in ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary at the age of 12. Raven graduated from the prestigious Booker T Washington Highschool for the Performing and Visual arts, which led her to pursue a degree in dance from SUNY Purchase. Raven graduated from the Conservatory of Dance in 2021, Receiving her BFA in Dance. She has performed choreography by; Davalois Fearon, Kyle Abraham, Maya Redding, Doug Varone, Kyle Marshall, and many others. In addition to being a performing artist, Raven enjoys Teaching yoga ,dance,and  fitness and is passionate about inspiring people to use their bodies. After serving as a company dancer for Staycee Pearl Dance Project during the fall of 2021, Raven joined Orange Theory in East Liberty as a gym manager.

Celebrate The Alloy School journey with our Showcase and Let’s Move Family Dance Party on at Kelly Strayhorn Theater. Each class will present material from their class session on the mainstage, after which we move to the lobby for family beats and community crafts.
