Mathew Tembo, Afro-Pop and Reggae musician, performs with the Afro Routes Band in a concert benefiting Surgicorps International. The award-winning Zambia native has toured the world, playing music in Europe, America and Africa, and he’s shared the stage with everyone from the legendary Oliver Mtukudzi to Dr. Kenneth Kaunda, the first president of Zambia.

Proceeds support Surgicorps’ 6th trip to Zambia in September. Since 1994, Surgicorps International has provided medical and surgical services in developing countries free-of-charge. Since 2011, Surgicorps’ teams have completed more than 300 surgeries in Zambia helping to reverse the debilitating impact of snake bites, burns and genetic deformities.
