Drawing upon Hip Hop’s rich cultural history, this energetic intergenerational class encourages participants to experience the foundational elements of different Hip Hop styles. Participants are encouraged to celebrate their personality through movement while building body awareness and self confidence. This invigorating class is taught in an adaptive style, allowing all people at all levels to find their groove.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Aubrey Luttrell (Hip Hop) is a chemical engineer by degree and a movement artist by profession. Combining her knowledge of science and movement has helped her develop a unique pedagogy to teaching dance to everyBODY. She encourages her students, young and old, to embrace failure, as failure was and still is her best teacher. She is thankful for institutions like KST Alloy Studios, which provide her opportunities to share her passion and energy with the community.
